Michelham Priory (click to enlarge) This weeks meeting (Friday 9th May) will be a short practical one to show all members, but particularly those who have not exhibited in the annual show before, the best way to present your work. There will be full instructions handed out with the entry forms later, but we felt a practical session would not go amiss. If you have any questions as to whether your work will be acceptable for the exhibition, please feel free to bring it with you. We can also discuss the possible pricing of your exhibits.
As this should not take up the whole session, please feel free to bring your own work to do as well.
REMINDER
I would be grateful if those who have still not paid for the 60th birthday party could have their chequebooks at the ready (£16 per head), cash is also acceptable!

APOLOGIES
I have recieved apologies from Tom Cunliffe for not gracing us with his presence on fridays over the past few weeks. Tom will miss our Exhibition in June as well! It seems he is far too busy having fun with family, weddings, trips to France and Norway!
Tom is very involved with the Friends of Michelham Priory which had an Ancient Crafts Festival over last weekend. The gardens are looking lovely this year and he took this photo (see above) in the kitchen garden with a fantastic Wysteria in full bloom. “I’d have a go at painting it but I feel defeated by the complexity of it before I even begin”. Jeremy.
