Coffee at Seaford Head Golf Clubhouse
Our Coffee morning this morning went really well. We chose to move to the new Seaford Head Golf Clubhouse just for a change and it proved to be an excellent move. Great views, good parking, easy access and everything nice and new. The only drawback – there were no cakes! Still the bacon sarnie that was ordered looked good and although the coffee machine isn’t up and running I was assured it will be very soon. They were happy to have us (all 28 of us) and if we chose to go again they will arrange chairs and tables for us (to save us moving all their furniture!). Do please let me know if you would like to go there in the future or you would prefer to continue using the Yacht Club.
Ipad for painting is this weeks theme
This week’s theme is ‘Using your Ipad for painting’ plus ‘free style’ for those of us who are technophobes.
For those of you who couldn’t make the coffee morning, I’m sure you will be pleased to know that Mike Harrison was able to join us and was almost back to his lively self – we were all pleased to see him.
SAA ‘All About Art’ day
I have still got places for the trip to the SAA ‘All About Art’ day in London on 24th July. Unless I can sell a few more places I’m afraid we’ll not be able to run this trip, so if you want to go don’t delay putting your name down.
If you enjoyed the coffee mooring at Seaford Golf Club House I would love to hear any comments from you – good I hope, if not bad will have to do...See you Friday 10th. Anne
